The Ocean Climate Action Plan is a series of continually developing solutions and mitigation plans regarding sustainable development. It was released by Biden-Harris administration to combat climate change in its relation to the oceans and seas. Target deadlines for the plan are listed below:

Provide 40% of federal investment benefits relating to climate change to disadvantaged communities
Conserve at least 30% of U.S. lands and waters by 2030





Produce 30 gigawatts of energy from offshore wind by 2030




Achieve zero emissions from international shipping no later than 2050 





Develop federal agency adaptation and resilience plans in response to Executive Order 14008
